Reversal Support” for Accounts Receivable Adjustment Transactions
These are very important improvements to improve the consistency of accounting data and operational efficiency.

✅ 1. Japan Localization SuiteApp v25.0.0 Release Summary
The Japan Localization SuiteApp (version 25.0.0), which includes localization features for Japan, is available in the Sandbox (SB) and Release Preview (RP) environments starting March 18, 2025.
Automatic updates in the production environment are scheduled for April 8, 2025.

- In the production environment, the update is performed automatically.
- In the RP environment, manual updating is required, so please be careful when performing pre-verification.
- If SuiteApp is not yet installed, install it before verification!
✅ 2. Receivables adjustment transactions can now be “reversed”!
Until now, the “Accounts Receivable Adjustment Transaction” that was automatically generated when creating a closing invoice to comply with the invoice system was physically deleted at the same time the closing invoice was deleted.
However, with this update, it is now possible to create the opposite journal entry (reversal) without deleting the transaction!

✅ 3. How to set the reversal option (OneWorld compatible)
The “Reversal of Accounts Receivable Adjustment” function is available in both OneWorld and single instance environments.
▷Setup procedure
- Go to [About Us] > [Localization for Japan] Tab
- Simply check the “Reversal of Accounts Receivable Adjustment” checkbox!
*Because it is unchecked by default, it must be turned on manually.
