I participated in the kickoff meeting for a new NetSuite implementation project. Since we are the implementation vendor, new ERP implementation projects occur once every two or three months, but from the customer’s perspective, it is a major project that only happens once in 10 years and can determine the fate of the company. I will work hard to ensure that the system operates as one that can provide value.
